So disappointed to travel over to The M Club, Crewe this evening (Saturday 12/09/09) - with my concert tickets - to find the gig was cancelled :-( I've been looking forward to your live concert all week :-)) Shame the ticket seller (Music Mania, Piccadily Arcade, Hanley) sold me the tickets after the gig was cancelled. Ho-hum! Lady at the venue was really good this evening and gave me a full refund. Hope to catch you another time :-)

I've been in the York's Blow Monkeys gig and I'm glad to say to everybody who loves their music that they are well fit, they were inspired and the performance was breathtaking. Thanks!!

Too many classic entries in the solo discography to pick out just one, but I would say Keep On Digging For The Gold is my absolute fave. It was truly an experience to hear the complete "EMI Tapes" after speculating on their existence for so long. The 80's-esque funky pop of "Heavenly Thing" was a hit that should have been, IMO, and I still get a rush from the string-driven exuberance of "Realms of Gold (Big Demo)."

I bought a ticket to see the band play Dingwalls this coming Thursday. I had the pleasure of attending the London 100 Club gig so am thrilled to be seeing you again so soon!
